Beef Or Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 corn tortillas
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. grated cheese or cooked (ground or shredded) beef
    hot salad oil (or chicken broth for fewer calories)
Preparation
    Dip tortillas in and out of oil (or broth) to soften; drain on paper towel.
    Dip tortillas in Enchilada Sauce.
    Place cheese and onion in center.
    Roll up and place in baking dish.
    Top with remaining sauce and grated cheese.
    Heat at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
