Corn Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh corn, sliced from cob
    1 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine the first 8 ingredients.
    Mix well and let sit for 30 minutes.
    Combine eggs, milk and water.
    Add to corn mixture. Thoroughly greased a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
