Mock Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    5 slices white bread, crumbled
    sage, black pepper and salt
    green pepper
    small onion, chopped
    dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix sage, pepper, salt, green pepper and onion.
    Spread over steak.
    Roll up, tie together and rub dry mustard over steak. Cook for 1 hour at 375\u00b0 until tender.
