Quick Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. finely chopped squash or 3 c. cooked and mashed squash
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 can undiluted mushroom soup
    1/3 c. grated cheese
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix ingredients, except crackers, well.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle crushed crackers over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm in the center.
