Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Sift together first 4 ingredients.
Beat oil, eggs and sugar well; add vanilla.
Beat in flour mixture, apples, nuts and raisins.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
