Caramel Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot milk
4 Tbsp. butter
nuts to taste
Preparation

Put 1 cup sugar in pan over low heat until sugar melts.
Add hot milk, remaining sugar and corn syrup.
Cook until mixture reaches 238\u00b0 (soft ball stage).
Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and nuts.
Beat until mixture is thick, but still shiny. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper.
