Sweet Sour Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt or beef granules
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 finely chopped onion
1 can Campbell's tomato soup (1/2 reserved)

Preparation

Mix together ground beef, crumbs, salt or beef granules, pepper and eggs.
Add chopped onion and 1/2 of the tomato soup. Form into a loaf and pour topping over all.
