Creamy Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    4 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. pimento (optional)
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and potatoes; mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in a 1-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
