Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. beef roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 or 3 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    approximately 4 Tbsp. flour
    approximately 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 to 2 soup cans water
Preparation
    Brown roast on top of stove.
    Use approximately 4 tablespoons of oil to brown roast.
    Add onions and flour and just as onions begin to turn lighter, add mushroom soup.
    As the liquids thicken, add 1 soup can of water or more to thin the gravy.
    Cover and cook in 375\u00b0 oven for about 2 hours or until done.
