Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1/8 tsp. dry parsley
    1 green pepper, halved
    2 celery stalks, halved
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 can tomatoes
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/8 tsp. each: basil, oregano, marjoram, garlic salt, onion salt and celery salt
    12 oz. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in large skillet.
    Simmer for about 4 minutes.
    Remove whole vegetables before serving.
