Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. lean round steak
    2 c. white crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. plain flour
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, pepper and salt.
    Pound it into the steak.
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Beat eggs and cream together.
    Dredge meat in flour; dip in egg mix and then in cracker crumbs.
    Brown in a large frying pan in hot oil.
    Turn with tongs.
    Cover and cook over low heat until tender.
