Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and salt.
Add boiling water and vanilla. Pour into unbaked crust and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake at 420\u00b0 for the first 10 minutes.
Then lower oven to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
