Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add Karo syrup, sugar, butter, salt and vanilla.
Place nuts on bottom of crust.
Pour mixture over nuts. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until knife inserted into the center of pie comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.
