Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. sliced canned pineapple
1 doz. pecan halves
1 doz. cocktail cherries
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. pineapple syrup
1/4 c. shortening or oil
Preparation
-
In 10-inch skillet or baking pan, melt butter; add brown sugar.
Add well drained fruit and nuts; arrange to form top of the cake.
Set aside.
