No Crust Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 heaping Tbsp. plain flour
    2 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into a well-greased pan and bake for 25 minutes at temperature to suit your stove or until knife comes out clean.
