Glazed Carrot Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, scraped and sliced
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. sliced, unpeeled almonds
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling water until half done.
    Drain and put in 1-quart baking dish.
    Stir in raisins, butter, honey, lemon juice and ginger.
    Bake uncovered in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Sprinkle with almonds and serve. Makes 4 servings.
