Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. beef stew meat
4 or 5 diced potatoes
1 16 oz. can corn, drained
1 16 oz. can green beans, drained
2 16 oz. cans veg all, drained
1 16 oz. can black eyed peas
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 6 oz. cans tomato paste
Preparation

In large stew pan, boil stew meat and garlic together until it starts to become tender. Leaving the broth in the pan; add all the vegetables, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Cover and continue simmering over low heat until meat is tender and vegetables are done. Stir often.
