Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, diced
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Mix other ingredients. Bake in sheet cake pan at 350\u00b0
until done.
Test with toothpick.
