Ski Trail Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
4 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Toss cheese with flour and seasonings. Combine bacon, eggs, tomato sauce, milk and onion, mixing until well blended.
Add cheese mixture; mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
