Crabby Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh or thawed frozen crabmeat
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
48 medium mushrooms, stems removed
1/2 tsp. onion powder
4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2/3 c. finely chopped black olives
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Rinse and drain crabmeat.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Toss crabmeat with lemon juice in medium bowl.
Add rest of ingredients, except cheese and mushrooms, and mix well.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Rinse baking sheet lightly with water; shake off excess.
Arrange mushrooms on sheet.
Cover with foil and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove foil and continue baking until tips are golden, about 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
