Carolina Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
    6 eggs
    3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and Crisco. Add eggs, one at a time.
    Stir baking powder and salt into flour.
    Add flour mixture alternately with buttermilk. Add vanilla and lemon flavorings.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Place in cold oven. Turn oven to 300\u00b0 and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
