Ground Beef And Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 box stuffing mix
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
dash of sugar
dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown ground beef with onion in medium skillet; drain fat.
Prepare stuffing according to directions on box.
In large bowl, mix the cans of corn, sugar and nutmeg.
Add ground beef and onion mixture and the stuffing to the corn mixture; mix well.
Pour mixture into a 2-quart glass baking dish; cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until heated.
