Black Bottom Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cream together the first 3 ingredients; add chocolate chips. Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
    Mix in wet ingredients.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Then drop tablespoonfuls of cream cheese mixture around over top of cake.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
