Sweet And Sour Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. pork ribs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. ketchup
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Place ribs in baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan; stir in ketchup, water and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil; cook until thick and clear.
    Remove ribs from pan; discard fat.
    Place ribs back into pan.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups of sauce over ribs.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Turn oven off. Pour rest of sauce over ribs.
    Let ribs stand 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
