Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes
    4 Tbsp. softened butter
    2/3 c. + 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. molasses or honey
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. mace
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with water; cook 30 minutes, until tender.
    In a large bowl with 1 tablespoon butter mash potatoes.
    Add 2/3 cup brown sugar and next 8 ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart dish.
    In separate bowl mix flour, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 3 tablespoons butter and chopped pecans.
    Spread on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 10 people.
