Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken-fryer
    1 large onion
    2 or 3 celery stalks (long), cut fine
    salt and pepper
    seasoning salt
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. relish (sweet)
    mayonnaise to taste (approximately 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Cut up chicken and wash.
    Place in large kettle with cut up onion, celery and seasonings.
    Cover with water and cook on medium heat until tender, about 1 hour.
    Cool chicken.
    Broth can be used for soup.
    Cut up chicken, celery, eggs and relish.
    Mix and add mayonnaise.
    Will not need more seasoning, unless desired.
