Mexican Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head lettuce
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, chilled
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 bottle Kraft Catalina dressing (16 oz.)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Fritos or Doritos
Preparation

Prepare lettuce as for a tossed salad.
Drain and wash chilled beans.
Add to lettuce.
Add diced tomatoes, onion, grated cheese and dressing.
Chill 30 minutes before serving.
Add chips just before serving and mix well.
Yields 12 servings.
