Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up chicken
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Roll chicken pieces in flour. Brown in butter in skillet. Remove chicken to ovenproof dish and cover. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
    Combine all other ingredients except rice in skillet with chicken drippings.
    Bring to a
    boil. Add rice in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake rice at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
