Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. melted shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 large ripe bananas
Preparation

Mash bananas. Add egg and beat.
Stir in shortening and sugar. Mix
well.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour in muffin tins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Yield:
1 dozen muffins.
