Chopped Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken livers
    2 eggs
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. chicken fat
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil livers about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Boil eggs until hard-boiled.
    Saute onion (sliced) until golden brown.
    Skim fat and other residue from livers and rinse in hot water.
    Peel and slice eggs.
