Sausage And Rice Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
3 c. hot, cooked rice
1/2 c. milk
4 oz. can mushrooms
2 tsp. Creole mustard
2 c. cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Preparation

Fry out and drain sausage.
Mix all ingredients together, saving 1/2 cup cheese
for\ttopping.
Top
with
reserved cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
