Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Wash the potatoes well.
    Cut the potatoes in half, then in half again.
    In a paper bag, mix the Parmesan cheese and flour.
    Place the potatoes in the bag of flour mixture and shake until well coated.
    Place the potatoes on a baking dish and pour the melted butter or margarine over the potatoes.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
    It may be necessary to rotate or turn the potatoes once while they are cooking to ensure even cooking.
    Serves 4 healthy eaters.
