Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except preserves and barbecue sauce. Form into small balls.
    Place on broiler pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes.
