Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up and skinned
    1/2 c. flour
    pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 large can pineapple chunks, reserve juice and add water to make 3/4 c.
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    onions
    slivered almonds (optional)
    2 tomatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown in oil on all sides.
    In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, juice, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and bouillon.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Pour over chicken.
    Add pineapple and other vegetables.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minutes until tender.
