Wilted Lettuce Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head lettuce or 1 stalk leaf lettuce
1/4 lb. bacon (small parts or fine)
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Clean lettuce piece by piece or leaf by leaf and dry.
Cut up in small particles (serving size).
Cut bacon in small pieces and fry until greasy or microwave (heat to desired texture).
