Wonderful Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. buttered, crushed cracker crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cut peppers lengthwise in half; clean and parboil in salted water for 10 minutes.
    Drain peppers and set aside to cool.
