Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    6 to 8 drops red food coloring
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 qt. halved or whole strawberries
    baked pie crust
Preparation
    Bring 1 cup water, sugar, cornstarch and food coloring to a boil.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Set aside to cool.
    Mix together gelatin, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon water.
    Add to cooled mixture.
    Pour over strawberries arranged in a baked pie crust.
    Cool until set about 2 hours.
