Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Dip a teaspoon in hot water and cut portions (size as desired); drop in a pot of boiling water, cover tightly and cook for 10 minutes.
