Healthy Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw oats
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs or Egg Beaters
    low-fat milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Process oats in blender or processor to make flour.
    Mix flour, salt, baking powder, eggs and sugar.
    Add milk in amount to reach desired consistency.
    Makes great pancakes or waffles.
