Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose cake flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs (room temperature)
    1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped medium fine
    2 c. pared apples, finely chopped
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda and salt into a platter or waxed paper.
    In a large bowl, beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat on medium speed in electric mixer for 3 to 4 minutes, until well blended. Gradually add flour mixture; beat until smooth.
    Fold in pecans and apples.
    Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
