Champagne Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    3 oz. pkg. grated cheese
    2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 c. drained mushrooms
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    3 tsp. mustard (dry)
Preparation
    Layer half of the first 3 ingredients in a 3-quart baking dish; repeat.
    Combine mushrooms, soup and 1/4 cup of milk; pour over mixture.
    Also, blend together the eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk and mustard and pour on top of all.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
