Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large mushrooms
    1/2 lb. browned sausage
    1 crushed clove garlic
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Remove stem portion of mushroom; reserve crowns for stuffing. Chop stems and add to sausage about a minute and a half before it is finished.
    Add crushed garlic at the same time.
    Drain any excess fat off.
    Mix with just enough cream cheese so it binds (will not need all the cream cheese probably).
    Stuff mushroom caps and put under broiler for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Good hot or cold.
