Seafoam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. corn syrup
Preparation
    Combine sugars and water in saucepan.
    Stir until well dissolved.
    Add syrup and cook to 252\u00b0 for hard ball stage.
    Pour slowly over well beaten egg whites.
    Beat until mixture is light and fluffy and piles up without spreading.
    Add vanilla and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
    Makes 3 dozen pieces.
