Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 lb. Sorrento Ricotta
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar, cinnamon and Ricotta.
Add beaten eggs and fold into mixture.
Add vanilla and milk.
Pour into 9-inch pie shell (unbaked).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
