Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can Mexicorn
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can enchilada sauce
    8 corn tortillas
    8 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil.
    Brown meat; mix seasonings with tomato sauce and add 1/2 can enchilada sauce. (Pour remaining enchilada sauce over casserole.)
    Pour 1/2 mix into casserole dish.
    Top with 4 tortillas and 4 slices of cheese. Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Be sure to pour rest of enchilada sauce over casserole.
    Serves 5 or 6.
