Parmesan-Romano Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer-broilers, cut into portion-sized pieces
    2 eggs, beaten until lemon yellow
    2 c. bread crumbs, rolled fine
    1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated fine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Dry the chicken pieces on paper toweling.
    Dip each piece into the beaten eggs.
