Peanut Butter Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
4 c. Wheaties cereal

Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Beat in sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
Continue beating until stiff and glossy. Fold in peanut butter and cereal.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake.
