Tomato Soup Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can tomato soup
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    raisins and nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix together shortening and sugar.
    Add tomato soup.
    Add baking soda, dissolved in warm water.
    Add spices and flour.
    Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
