Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, cut up
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 c. cooked rice (1 c. uncooked or 1 1/3 c. precooked rice)
    2 c. cooked tomatoes (1 lb.)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet cook bacon until crisp.
    Remove from skillet, draining off most of fat.
    Add onion and green peppers to bacon fat.
    Cook over medium heat until onion is yellow.
    Add bacon and remaining ingredients.
    Cook uncovered over low heat about 15 minutes.
    Add 1 small can drained tiny peas.
    Good with pork chops.
