Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. filo dough
2 Tbsp. cottage cheese
2 pkg. chopped spinach
4 eggs
1 sq. Feta cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
melted margarine
Preparation

Open filo dough; cut in half.
With one half, start layering the bottom of a 12 x 9-inch glass pan, brushing each layer with melted margarine.
When half is done, mix the cottage cheese, drained, chopped spinach, beaten eggs, Feta cheese and bread crumbs well.
Spread this filling over the bottom filo layer. Repeat with second half, brushing each layer with margarine.
Cut into squares before cooking.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
